I. product introduction:

Polyol water-based anti-collapse lubricant is a kind of water-based anti-collapse lubricant developed and produced by our company with international advanced level, which has no fluorescence, protects the environment and significantly improves the thermal stability of drilling fluid.

II. Performance and application

The product is brown-red viscous liquid, with anti-collapse lubrication performance, high temperature and high pressure stability, and has a certain viscosity reduction, salt resistance, resistance to calcium and magnesium, resistance to solid phase pollution ability, non-toxic, no fluorescence, can meet the requirements of environmental protection logging.Products high resistance to high temperature of 200 ℃, fluorescence level is less than 3.0, adding quantity 3%, the drilling fluid can be reduced the friction between the drill tool and casing, casing above 50%, and its inhibition to prevent collapse resistance than the same amount of KCI, and the drilling fluid has good compatibility, can significantly improve the high temperature stability of the drilling fluid, this product can directly join in all kinds of drilling fluid system, suggest to add the amount of 0.2 to 0.5%.
