USES:
In the surface operation separation process of oil sands, the oil content of separated sediment is less than 1% or lower, and the dosage is controlled according to the viscosity of crude oil and the amount of light oil components.
Features:
1. The treatment speed is fast, which can be used in continuous treatment process. Generally, it can be stirred for about 3-5 minutes at the process temperature of 50-100℃ to enter the oil and water separation process;
2. It has appropriate HLB value setting, so when the product is combined with crude oil, the separation of water and oil, mud, sand and oil can be quickly realized in the case of no demulsifier and only need to be static, and the underlying water liquid is basically clear;
3. Excellent asphalt stripping effect;
4. The cleaned sediment can achieve approximately non-polluted natural sediment clean degree;
5. There is no need to wash oil and sand for many times.
Process:
1. Dosage: generally 3-10kg of the total weight of oil sands, which is determined according to the experiment.
2. The process parameters, the oil sands 20-40% + water 60-80% (including the product), 50-100 ℃ in quick stir 3 to 5 minutes, if the oil viscosity is large, can be appropriately increase the mixing time, then stop stirring, sedimentary sand washing out the centrifugal dehydration, outbound processing, will be sent to the static separation equipment, water and oil mixture stratification will enter the next dehydration of the oil and the mixing process.
