Range of application:

SG-80 is a fixing agent for cotton and rayon fibers dyed with reactive, direct, acid dyes, especially superior in fabric dyeing fixing technology for Scarlet, turquoise blue and so on .

Reference ratio amount as blow:

Pale shade: 1% (o.w.f) medium: 2% (o.w.f) deep: 3% (o.w.f)

prepare the suitable amount that we need, fix in the dye bath. And then put the dyed goods. Treat at 40 - 50℃ in 20-30 min. the bath Ratio control at 1:10-20.

Padding:

Same as dipping process, and take 4-6 routine.

Dilution method:

Dissolved into solution with tap water as requirement.
