Product introduction
Water-based fracturing fluids are widely used in oil fields.Plant glue (linear macromolecule) is mainly used as thickener, which is crosslinked with related agent under appropriate conditions to form polymer network structure, so as to achieve the viscosity of fracturing fluid.This kind of fracturing fluid must use chemical reagents to destroy the polymer network structure and reduce the viscosity of fracturing fluid to achieve the purpose of glue breaking.The deficiency of plant glue fracturing fluid is the presence of residues, its sources are: (1) plant glue itself exists in water insoluble matter;(2) broken gel incomplete residual microgel.The residue damages the fracture support zone permeability and formation permeability, which is difficult to restore, and seriously affects the stimulation effect of fracturing.
Sy-2 produced by our company is a harm-free clean fracturing fluid, which is suitable for oil reservoir harm-free fracturing.
