Mechanism of action

Using chlorine dioxide and activator synergy of strong oxidation and bactericidal performance, eliminate polyacrylamide (HPAM) gel particles, sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), metatrophic bacteria (TGB) and iron bacteria (IB) and sulfur bacteria for polymer injection Wells, injection Wells near wellbore formation caused by congestion, to increase the oilfield injection provided by chemical agents.Mechanism of compound plugging agent in oilfield:

Oxidation-degraded polymers

When chlorine dioxide enters the formation, it can rapidly oxidize and degrade all kinds of organic polymers remaining in the near well area in drilling, fracturing, water plugging and other construction measures, which can greatly reduce its viscosity and drain out of the formation with better fluidity.

Reacts with ferrous sulfide scale to form soluble iron salt

Chlorine dioxide reacts with ferrous sulfide scale in the formation to form soluble iron salt, which can prevent secondary precipitation of ferrous sulfide, dredging permeability of the near formation, thus reducing pressure and increasing injection, and eliminating sulfur dioxide, a harmful gas generated in the acidification stage, thus reducing corrosion of steel by residual acid.

Kills fungi and breaks down sulfur compounds

Chlorine dioxide can effectively kill bacteria existing in formation water in the injection system, decompose and remove their secretions, purify water quality, reduce the content of sediments in the zone around the well, relieve the clogging in the formation near the well, reduce the pressure of the injection well, reduce the frequency of Wells' operation, and have a large affected area.Maintaining low concentrations of chlorine dioxide in water injection can gradually clean the system and control''

Usage and dosage

· 5 ~ 10T of preposition fluid is injected downhole through casing

· after ground activation of the main agent and auxiliary agent, the working fluid is generated and injected into the formation through the casing in one time

· inject 5 ~ 10T of the post-placement fluid down hole through casing (squeeze the activated post-plugging agent into the perforation section)

· resume production after shut-in for 4-12 hours

· pay attention to wearing work clothes, protective glasses, gloves and masks during use, and pay attention to labor safety protection

Packaging, transportation and storage

· special bag (25kg/ bag)

· rain, moisture and damage should be avoided during transportation

· strong corrosion during use to prevent burns

· it is forbidden to mix the primary and auxiliary reagents for placement and transportation. Please do not store and mix with acidic substances

· products should be stored in a clean, dry and ventilated place
