Application:

it is a new emulsifier with strong effect , The emulsification effect is much better than the alkylphenol polyoxylene ether series. It is mainly used as:

1.      As the component of oil recovery auxiliaries:  the preparation of oil production auxiliaries and to improve the rate of oil recovery;

2.      Used for pesticide emulsifier: the emulsion has excellent stability property;

3.      Used as emulsifier of emulsion polymerization: the dispersoid of high-concentration and high-stability emulsion can be obtained by the small amount (0.2-3.0%). It is also used as the emulsifier of natural latex, synthetic latex and plastic dispersoid (such as acrylate emulsion), this product can be used in process of continuous emulsion multicopolymerization, and also can be used in the process of semi-continuous emulsion multicopolymerization, the particles are extremely small and uniform ,and the emulsion and the emulsion system are keeping stable;

4.      Used as the component of the hard surface cleaning agent, the cleaning efficiency of the grease and the paraffin is excellent;

5.      In the manufacturing process of E－PVC, because of its excellent dispersion, the latex has good mechanical shear resistance, so that the polymerization process is stable and the latex particles are not attached to or deposited on the surface of the reactor.

6.      Used as a non-ionic asphalt emulsifier for preparing a stable asphalt emulsion .

7.      Used as emulsifier for the emulsified paraffin and the emulsified oil to prepare the stable emulsion;

8.      As an antistatic agent, it is an emulsifier with excellent antistatic property and can be directly used as an antistatic agent in a polymer finished product;

9.      As an excellent emulsifier for pressure sensitive adhesive (PSAS), splice adhesive and Gangbao resin.

10.    As the textile auxiliaries: it is a good dyeing leveling agent.
