use:

1. This product is used for antistatic finishing of synthetic fibers such as polyester and acrylic, and has excellent antistatic effect. It can also be used to eliminate static electricity from fabrics such as silk and wool.

2. As an antistatic component in the compounding of chemical fiber oil.

3. As an antistatic agent for conveyor belts.

Features:

     1. This product is free of formaldehyde, APEO and heavy metal ions. It is an environmentally friendly antistatic agent.

     2, has excellent anti-static properties, the chemical fiber cloth after finishing this product, the electrostatic half-life can reach 0.01 seconds. The resistance level can be reduced from 1 × 1012 before unfinishing to 1 × 106.

     3, can enhance the feel of the fabric, and give the fabric a good hydrophilicity.

     4. This product has no adverse effect on the whiteness and color of the cloth.

Instructions:

     This product is first diluted to 8% of conventional products, the amount of which is generally about 2-4% of the weight of the fabric. For other materials, please determine the dosage and ratio after the test.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 120Kg plastic drums. Please store in a cool, ventilated place to prevent high temperatures, sun and rain. The storage period is half a year.
