Performance:

This product is an organic fatty acid polymer with a molecular weight of 400-800. It is easily soluble in water, chemically stable and has high thermal stability. The decomposition temperature is above 330 °C, with high temperature (<351 °C) and high pH (8.3 or above). There are also obvious solubility effects. It has good scale inhibition effect on carbonate and phosphate, and the scale inhibition time can reach 100 hours. It can be mixed with crude oil dehydration demulsifier.

It is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, teratogenic, and can be degraded by microorganisms, and the degradation products are harmless to humans and animals and aquatic animals.

Uses:

This product is usually compounded with organic phosphonate at (2-5) mg/l for circulating cooling water, water injection in oil field, dehydration of crude oil, and furnace treatment in low pressure boiler. It has good effect of inhibiting scale formation and stripping of old scale. The scale inhibition rate can reach 98%. When it is compounded with (1~2) mg/l zinc salt, it can effectively prevent corrosion of carbon steel. It can also be used as a rinse agent for textiles in textile systems to reduce the ash content of textiles.
