Features:
Sm-bz-40 can react with all kinds of heavy metal ions in wastewater (mercury, lead, copper, cadmium, nickel, manganese, zinc, chromium, etc.) rapidly at room temperature to form chelates insoluble in water with good chemical stability, so as to achieve the purpose of capturing and removing heavy metals with strong chelating ability and stable precipitates.
Application:
1. Removal of metal ions from wastewater
Method of use
(1) determine the dosage through wastewater simulation dosing test;
(2) before adding agents to the wastewater PH value to 7-9 to better effect;
(3) before release, dilute the dosage in the special dosing system and use it. After addition, the mixing time is about 1-5 minutes;
(4) stir the heavy metal sediment and water before the general static 10 minutes, and then the heavy metal sediment filter filter pressure cake, filter cake containing heavy metal as no leaching toxic waste deep buried treatment, filtered water can be standard discharge.
Packaging and preservation
Packed in plastic drum with a net weight of 200kg, the product should be stored in a cool and dry place.
Stay away from acids and oxidants. The shelf life of this product is one year under specified storage conditions.
