USES:

1. 1227 is a cationic surfactant, a non-oxidizing fungicide, with broad spectrum and high efficiency of bactericidal and algal killing ability, can effectively control the proliferation of bacteria and algae in water and mud growth, and has a good mud stripping effect and a certain degree of dispersion, penetration, and has a certain degree of oil removal, deodorization and corrosion inhibition.

1227 has low toxicity, no cumulative toxicity, is soluble in water and is not affected by water hardness. Therefore, it is widely used in the circulating cooling water system of petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, textile and other industries to control the growth of bacteria and algae in the circulating cooling water system, and has special effects on killing sulfate reducing bacteria.

3. 1227 can be used as fungicidal and mildew inhibitor, softener, antistatic agent, emulsifier, leveller and conditioner in textile printing and dyeing industry.

What's the method of use?

1227 is used as a non-oxidizing bactericidal algicide, and the general dosage is 50-100mg/L. As mud stripping agent, the amount of 200-300mg/L, need to add an appropriate amount of silicone defoaming agent. 1227 can be used with other bactericidal agents, such as isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde, dithiocyanomethane, etc., can play a synergistic role, but can not be used together with chlorophenol agents. After adding 1227, any dirt in the circulating water due to stripping should be removed or removed in time to avoid deposition after the foam disappears.

Do not mix with anionic surfactant.
