Ivory-white Powder Disperse Dyes Soaping Agent

SZ-1 is a special polymer emulsifier, its superior performance and price ratios can replace the traditional detergents, it is the high efficient flooding removal agent, SZ-1 is widely used for the soaping after printing and dying the cotton, wool/silk and jute for the reactive, acid, direct and vat dyes, it can remove the reactive and hydrolyzed dyes. Its soaping performance is far better than the similar import soaping agent.

Performance:
Low, the washing fastness can be improved increased obviously, wet fabrication fastness can be improved 1 degree, too. The color is pure and bright.

Usage:
Flooding cleaning after dying and printing for polyester, cotton and linen etc. for disperse dyes, SZ-1 will increase the washing fastness and wet fabrication fastness.

Usage method:
1. The common cloth: Dye→Clean with clear water→Increase temperature to 90-100℃ after adding water→Add 1g/l soaping agent, sodium hydrosulphite 2g/l, soaping 20 minutes at 95-100℃→Clean with clear water→wash with boiled water for 15-20 minutes→clean with clear water.
2. The scarlet, turquoise blue and dark one: soaping as the above method, clean 15 minutes in boiled water firstly and then clean with cold water. To repeat soaping if necessary.
Dilution method: 
Dissolved the full drum goods with 80-90℃ hot water.

Packing and storage: 
80kg/drum,seal airtight.
