Since there are few corresponding good leveling assistants, the proportion of dyed defective products after dyeing is accelerated. Relatively high, the most common rickets are "spots, layers, flowers, white cores." Our SY-6 solves these problems with its “very high dyeing safety” and greatly improves production efficiency.

use:
The activity of cotton cheese, thick thread and thick fabric, and the leveling agent directly dyed by Shilin dye.
Features:
1. Enhanced the active, direct, and Shihlin dyes for the one-time absorption and retardation of cotton fibers, with excellent dispersibility and permeability.
2. It has excellent chelation and dispersing ability for heavy metal ions, so it is not necessary to add a chelating dispersant during dyeing.
3, can improve the dyeing speed, reduce the consumption of steam and electricity, improve the utilization of fixed assets such as human resources and equipment, and greatly improve production efficiency and shorten the delivery cycle based on the original safety dyeing.
Use after dilution:
The dyeing of cotton yarn, thread or thick fabric can be pre-run for 10-15 minutes after adding 1g/L leveling agent SY-6, then start dyeing at room temperature or low temperature, and the color absorption time can be shortened by 1/2. ---1/3, then enter the salt/alkali fixation process, this process can be accelerated by 1/2-1/3. (Specific time, please determine according to the dyed fiber).
Dilution method:
The tap water can be converted into a 25-33% solution.
