Active ingredients content: 98% PH: 7 or so.
USES:
Active, direct and leveling agent for cotton bobbin yarn, coarse yarn and dense fabrics.
Function:
1, strengthen the activity, direct, cotton fiber cotton dye one-time absorption slow dyeing, dispersion and permeability.
2. It has excellent chelating and dispersing ability to heavy metal ions, so it is unnecessary to add chelating dispersant when dyeing.
3. It can improve the dyeing speed, reduce the consumption of gas and power, improve the utilization rate of human resources, equipment and other fixed assets, greatly improve the production efficiency and shorten the delivery cycle on the basis of the original safe dyeing.
Usage after dilution:
The dyeing of cotton cheese yarn, thread or thick dense fabric can be pre-run for 10-15 minutes after adding 1 g/l leveler sy-6, and then the dye can be added at room temperature or low temperature to absorb color, the absorption time can be shortened by 1/2-- 1/3, and then enter into the salt/alkali color fixation process, which can be accelerated by 1/2-- 1/3 accordingly (specific time can be determined according to the situation of the dyed fiber).

Tap water into 25-33% solution.
