use:
Mainly used in the active and direct dyeing of cotton and linen and its textiles, it can replace imported products.
characteristic:
1. High hard water tolerance, it does not affect the leveling activity of leveling agent SY-1A in hard water. It can better reflect its superiority compared with general leveling agent, and can also achieve “high safety dyeing” in hard water areas.
2. It has a one-time absorption and retarding effect on the dye with high directness, and the dye is uniformly absorbed to achieve the leveling effect.
3, PH adaptability, with excellent dispersion, solubilization, can effectively prevent dye condensation.
4. Cellulose fiber fabric dyed with this product has the characteristics of high color fastness and bright color.
Use after dilution:
dyeing:
Inlet water → leveling agent → 5 minutes into the cloth → Start dyeing → Dyeing is completed.
Dosage: 0.5-1.0g/l
Dilution method:
Please dilute to 15-20% solution with deionized water. If you need to adjust to a light yellow or brown appearance, add 0.4-1/1000 dispersant.
