High temperature leveling agent, soluble in water and general organic solvent, with excellent dye dispersibility, initial retardation, dye dyeing and so on. It is used as a high temperature and high pressure dispersing leveling agent for polyester fiber in the textile, printing and dyeing industry, and is suitable for rapid dyeing process.

7. Soluble in hot water, low foam, can be used in jet overflow dyeing machine.

The high-temperature leveling agent is well dyed, does not decolorize, has low foaming, has excellent dispersion and superfine fiber leveling effect; and can effectively remove oligomers. It has suitable affinity for polyester fiber and disperse dye, strong dissolving, dispersing and protecting colloid for disperse dye, excellent transferability, and is very suitable for high-temperature dyeing leveling agent for disperse dyes for polyester fiber, which can effectively prevent color flower. Does not affect the shade of the dye and the color fastness.

Usage after dilution:
Put into fabric→Add levelling agent to immerse fabric completely→Dye
1. Re-modifier Ratio: 1-2g/l Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 130℃ Time: 30min
2. The levelling agent under high-temperature for polyester and mixture fabric
Ratio: 0.5-1g/l Bath ratio: 1:10
Temperature: 130℃ Time: 30-60min

Dilution method: (Note: The color will be dark reddish brown in 24 hours after dilution)
1.Dissolved into 15-25% solution with tap water or warm water under 40℃.at constant temperature
2.Re-packing with 150 mesh or above after filtration
