This product is an emulsion of special polymer compound, which is a high-efficiency floating color remover which replaces traditional detergent and general soaping agent with excellent performance and price ratio. It is used for active, acid, direct, reduction and other dyes on cotton and wool. The printing of the hemp fabric and the soaping after dyeing can effectively remove the dye and the hydrolysis dye fixed on the fabric to make the fabric bright. Its soaping performance is far better than similar imported soaping agents.
performance:
No foaming, the washing fastness can be significantly improved to 4.5-5 grade, and the wet rub fastness can be improved, and the color is pure and vivid. The printed fabric can achieve the dual effects of white anti-staining and soaping.
use:
It is used for dyeing or dyeing of cotton, linen and other reactive dyes, and it can be used for floating cleaning and anti-white staining to improve washing fastness and rubbing fastness.
Use after dilution:
1. General color cloth: dyeing finished → clean water washing → start to heat up to 90-100 degrees after adding water → add soaping agent 1 g / liter,
2. Soak for 95 minutes at 95-100 degrees → wash with water → wash with boiling water for 15-20 minutes → wash with water.
3, red, green and dark color cloth: please wash according to the above method, then wash with boiling water for 15 minutes, then wash with cold water. If you fail to meet the required requirements, please double soap.
4, printed fabric anti-staining soap: first release the water to the required amount, add water to the soap at the same time add 1 gram / liter to make the soaping agent and water fully mixed, then soap into the cloth for 30 minutes, water wash .
Dilution method:
Deionized hydration into a 10% solution. (please dilute the whole package)
