Properties:
It owns bi-function of both double-alkyl single-quatemary ammonium salt and single-alkyl quatemary diammonium salt, and features excellent emulsification, adsorption, softening, anti-static and anti-corrosion effect, sterilization and deemulsification.
Applications:
Used as emulsifier, softener, adsorbent, bactericide and anti-static agent in ore flotation, asphalt emulsification, fabric softening, metal corrosion prevention, plastics processing and sterilization and algae removal.
Sterilization of injection water in oil field:
There is a lot of microbials in reinjection sewage, such as sulphate-reducing bacteria (SRB), iron bacteria and saprophytic bacteria. The growth, metabolism and reproduction of the microbials will cause serious corrosion to drilling device, injection pipe and other metal material and pipe clogging and lead to the reduction of water injection, oil production and oil quality, difficulty in oil processing and great economic loss. The use of bactericide is still the main method for controlling the bacterials in reinjection sewage nowadays, and the available bactericides are all belong to chlorine dioxide, aldehyde and quatemary ammonium salt in the domestic market more or less with disadvantages of large dosage and toxicity and serious pollution.
