Emulsifier sm-ls-1 (spring type) 80% suitable for microsurface construction (initial setting in 15 minutes, opening in 1H, mixing time allowed in 6 minutes)

Emulsifier sm-ls-2 (summer type) 80% suitable for microsurface construction (initial setting in 15 minutes, opening in 1H, allowable mixing time in 6 minutes)

Emulsifier sm-ls-3 (autumn type) 80% suitable for microsurface construction (initial setting in 15 minutes, opening to traffic in 1H, allowable mixing time in 6 minutes)

Emulsifier sm-ls-4 (winter type) 80% suitable for microsurface construction (initial setting in 15 minutes, opening to traffic in 1H, allowable mixing time in 6 minutes)

Features:

1. The allowed time of traffic is 1-2h.

2. Adhesion to aggregate is nearly 100%.

USES:

1. Emulsifier for preparation of SBS emulsion has excellent compatibility with SBS.

2. Emulsifier for preparation of highly concentrated emulsified asphalt. After emulsification, emulsified asphalt can be used for road repair with high efficiency.

3. White to black process for old cement road.

4. Asphalt road microsurface engineering.

Common asphalt emulsion: 1-1.5% of total emulsion

Modified asphalt emulsion: 2-2.5% of total emulsion
