Deswelling lubricant 

Introduction:

Deswelling lubricant, also named clay controller and clay lubricant, is a kind of high efficiency clay deswelling agent in view of formation plugging caused by clay swelling. Deswelling of the clay and prevention of reservoir damage are realized by ion exchanging of polymer and inhibiting of diffuse electric double layer of the clay.

Appearance:  pale yellow transparent and viscous liquid

Ph value: 8.5-7.5

Solid content(%) : 70±2

Viscosity(MPa/S): 500-2000 

Iconicity: cationic copolymer

Characteristic:

Thermal resistance, shear resistance, insensitive to pH value, miscibility with water in any proportion.

Applications: 

1.Used as a deswelling agent with deswelling rate ≥ 90% with dosage 1%-3% .

2.Used as a drilling lubricant with lubrication coefficient reduced rate ≥50%.
