Crude oil demulsifier is a high-efficiency non-ionic surfactant product. It is a series of results developed by our research and development engineers combined with long-term refining auxiliaries. The demulsifier is used in the rapid dewatering of refinery atmospheric and vacuum decompression crude oil, dewatering of crude oil tanks, oil recovery of oil fields and water-containing oils, and has a fast and thorough demulsification effect.
Instructions
The water-soluble demulsifier is formulated into an aqueous solution of about 2-5% with demineralized water or distilled water, and is added by the emulsion breaking system. The amount to be added depends on the nature of the oil and the desalination device (the general injection amount is about 50-200 ppm, and the dosage must be increased when special processing such as high processing ratio, high salt content and fuel oil is required).
Packaging, storage
1. This product is packed in plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg per drum.
