Tube yarn rapidly levelling agent SY-6A（Concentration）

The tube yarn, linen and yarn dying are of definite scale at home, the shortage is long dying and low efficiency and lack of corresponding excellent levelling agent, the proportion the defective items is relative high after speeding up. The common flaws include “ blob、layer difference、dyeing defect、white core”. SY-6 is will solve the above problems and increase the production efficiency greatly with its “good dying safety”.

Characteristic:
Appearance: Slightly yellow or colorless liquid
Main consistent: Polymer surfactant. Ionic: Anionic/Non
Active ingredients content: 98% PH: 7 or so.

Usage:
SY-6A is a levelling agent specifically designed for the reactive、direct and Vat dye of tube yarn、bold line and heavy fabrics.

Performance:
1. SY-6A has good dispersibility and permeability for reactive、direct and Vat dyes. It will intensify the suspending alkali agent for once-off 
2. SY-6A has good chelating dispersible ability for heave metal ion, the other chelating dispersant is not necessary for dyeing.
3. SY-6A can speed up the dying and decrease the vapor and electric power consumption, increase the efficiency of HR and fixed assets ,shorten the delivery cycle.

Usage:
Pre running 10-15 minutes after add 1g/l levelling agent SY-6 for dying the tube yarn、line and heavy fabrics and begin to add the dyes at normal temperature or absorption color at low temperature, the absorption may shorten 1/2 to 1/3. Add salt/alkaline color fixing, the speed will increase 1/2 to 1/3(the specific time will depend on the fabrics).

Dilution method: 
Dissolve into 25-33% solution in tap water.

Packing and shortage: 
25kg/drum, seal airtight.
