The main purpose of adding the modifier to the asphalt is to improve the road performance of the asphalt mixture at high temperature, to reduce the permanent deformation at high temperature, to improve the anti-rutting, the fatigue resistance, the aging resistance, the resistance to low temperature cracking or to increase the fatigue resistance at low temperature, to meet the requirements of the traffic conditions during the design and use .

This product is a black powdery solid. It is an asphalt mixture additive made from a variety of refined polymer composites. It is greatly improved by multiple functions such as thickening, reinforcement and filling of the surface to restore the elasticity of the asphalt. Asphalt pavement has high temperature stability, and improves and enhances water stability and low temperature crack resistance and durability. It also has the function of preventing rutting, crack resistance, greatly delays road damage, reduces repair costs, and solves asphalt pavement quality. Provides effective, practical and economical means.

This series of products has two specifications, SMT-28L (common type) and SMT-100L (refined type), the latter has better waterproof performance, which can make the asphalt pavement more durable.

use:

Parameter description:

1. It is recommended to use 0.3% of asphalt mixture, that is, 3kg per ton of asphalt mixture, 0.35% for roadside, ie 3.5kg per ton of asphalt mixture. Please test according to quality requirements. After the discretion, increase or decrease.

2. Addition method: The mineral material is heated to 170-180 ° C, and the additive is directly put into the mixing pot for mixing.
