Applications:
As a very good emulsifier for the polymerization and copolymerization of certain unsaturated compounds (acrylate, propylene, butadiene, styrene, vinyl chloride). Very small amount (0.2-3.0%), A dispersion of a high concentration, highly stable emulsion can be obtained without agglomeration. It is also used as an emulsifier for natural latex, synthetic latex, plastic dispersion (such as acrylate emulsion).
2. It is an ideal emulsifier for the manufacture of high content (45-50%) acrylate emulsion. It can be used in both continuous emulsion polymerization and interstitial emulsion polymerization. It can make emulsion particles quite fine and uniform. And the latex system remains stable.
