Process flow:
1. Degreasing method of hydraulic pulper:

(3) After slurrying, it should be concentrated and washed in time to prevent the ink from redepositing on the fiber for a long time. Adding a small amount of deinking agent during washing can achieve unexpected results.
2, steam ball deinking method:
(1) The above chemical is placed in the ball according to the ratio of the deinking agent 6KG, the sodium hydroxide 20KG, and the sodium silicate 30KG in a ton of paper, and the mixture is uniformly mixed, and then the water and the waste paper are fed at a solid content of 30% to 50%.
(2) Turn on the steam to bring the temperature to 80-100 degrees and keep it warm. After 30-40 minutes, it can be boosted to reach the discharge pressure and then sprayed.
(3) After spraying, the pulp is first washed and then washed, and the original deinking wastewater can be reused after sedimentation and impurity removal.
