It is a kind of high efficient clay expansion inhibitor, which is developed for formation clogging of stratum clay expansion. It is the purpose of preventing clay expansion and reducing reservoir damage by exchanging the polymer ion and inhibiting the diffusion double layer effect of clay.

Uses and advantages:

Antiswelling agent is a mixture of organic cationic polymers. The molecular chain contains several cationic groups, which can strongly adsorb on the exchange point of clay in the form of network, and firmly adsorb on the clay surface through the interaction of intermolecular force and hydrogen bond force. This product can obviously prevent clay mineral from hydrating and expanding and dispersing in reservoir, and greatly improve the apparent water absorption index of oil field water injection. With appropriate molecular weight, the product is suitable for high and low permeability oil and gas layers, and its unique rigid structure, can enter the clay mineral layer, under the action of a variety of chemical forces, achieve efficient stability.
