Viscosity reducer for crude oil SM-JN-100A(water)
The product can solve the problem of solidification with the decrease of temperature in the process of lifting heavy oil well.The product composition is reasonable, which can reduce viscosity of heavy oil with high colloid and asphaltene.It can increase the viscosity of heavy oil from 20000 to 30000CPS to 30-50℃ with excellent fluidity, which has no influence on the late demulsification and refining of heavy oil, and has excellent performance of salt and high temperature resistance.
1. Product indicators:
When it is used, it can be mixed into solution and added into crude oil according to measurement. When the freezing point of crude oil is high, the dosage of chemical agent can be appropriately increased. When the steam stimulation and pretreatment is carried out in heavy oil block, hot water can be mixed and used in combination station in a certain proportion according to the allowable water content.When in use, the prepared solution is injected into the well from the wellbore space at the well temperature of 100-110℃. Through the function of pump, the mixture of the agent and heavy oil is fully miscible, so as to achieve the purpose of viscosity reduction and mining.Application, ratio and concentration can be determined according to the actual water content of oil well.

3.Transportation should be light loading and unloading, anti - rain, anti - sun.
Mechanism of action:
Strong polar penetrant enters and destroys the network structure formed by asphaltenes and colloid, and both surfactants adsorb on the surface of crude oil to change the high-viscosity heavy oil-in-water emulsion into low-viscosity water-in-oil liquid, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient viscosity reduction.
Due to the wetting effect of surfactant aqueous solution, a layer of water film of surfactant aqueous solution is adsorbed on the tube wall, which significantly reduces the flow resistance of the liquid flow, and thus changes the friction between heavy oil and tube wall into the friction between surfactant aqueous solution and tube wall, achieving the purpose of significantly reducing the flow resistance.
