Application:
1. Used in the drainage technology of oil and gas recovery wells.
This technology is also called oil well (gas well) induced flow (drainage) technology. Put the foaming agent directly into oil and gas well from blowout preventer by using pump car or plunger proportional pump.
Recommended dosage: 0.1% of water which stored at bottom of well+0.1% of daily liquid production or according to estimated daily water production, 0.5～10kg/m3.The dosage should be adjusted according to the using effect and actual well condition.
2. It used in the process of foam sand washing .
Preparing foaming agent into 1 - 6 % water solution, push air and foaming agent aqueous solution into foaming device according to a certain proportion by using air compressor and pump car, foam fluid comes from foaming device will enter into wellbore for sand washing. The sand washing process should be determined the gas-liquid ratio according to formation pressure and wellbore depth. Generally, the wellbore pressure is controlled to be equal to or slightly greater than the formation pressure, and less than the static water column pressure. It will not only reduce the leakage, but also ensure that the reservoir does not spit sand. In order to avoid reservoir plugging, wellbore pressure can be controlled to less than formation pressure.
Recommended dosage: according to the situation of oil well leakage, generally is 80～600kg.
