Crude oil demulsifier is a high-efficiency non-ionic surfactant product. It is the result of the long-term production and application experience of our engineers combined with long-term refining auxiliaries. After unremitting efforts, the products have low dehydration temperature, fast dehydration speed, and water after dewatering. Low, high salt rejection, and clear water.
The demulsifier is used not only in the dehydration of crude oil in the refinery, but also in the dehydration of crude oil tanks, the dehydration of crude oil tanks, the dehydration of oilfield oil and water-containing oils, and the desalination and dehydration of refinery electric desalination systems.

The water-soluble demulsifier is formulated into an aqueous solution of about 2-5% with demineralized water or distilled water, and is added by the emulsion breaking system. The amount to be added depends on the nature of the oil and the desalination device (the general injection amount is about 50-200 ppm, and the dosage must be increased when special processing such as high processing ratio, high salt content and fuel oil is required).
Packaging and storage
1. This product is packed in plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg per drum.
2, stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, avoiding violent collision during transportation to prevent damage, valid for one year.
