Refinery charging scheme
一、Prepay preparation:
Because of the high viscosity in winter, paste, so must prepare special equipment and process. Equipment to be prepared: one storage tank of 10-20 cubic meters, one heating room for steam heating (it is enough to heat 6-10 barrels of products at one time, if there is a special heating room, it can be omitted), one metering pump (the range is selected according to the quantity added). Need to prepare the process: the process of low pressure steam heating (to the bottom of the heating room, blown up), air mixing process (instrument wind into the tank bottom, the diagonal distribution, automatic form vortex), dosing process (dosing point should fall outside the diesel hydrogenation after the entry of the pumps, the oil temperature of 40 and 60 ℃ advisable).
二、Note matters needing attention
1、 The dosage per unit time should be calculated according to the diesel output before the injection (namely 1000 tons of diesel oil plus diesel coagulant 1 ton according to the 1000ppm injection).
2、Diesel driven into the tank in 10-15 times the amount of coagulant dosage reduction device of diesel, the oil temperature in 40 to 60 ℃ advisable), open air mixing.
3、 Pour the pour oil into the diesel line (it is better to have a static mixer on the line).
4、 Wait until all the water is used before the next tank is configured. No water is allowed in the whole process.
Oil adjustment and end user filling program
1 Take oil sample for experiment, and select the proportion suitable for you
2 According to the proportion of 3 to 1, the oil to be added and the coagulant to make mutual solution, the oil temperature is recommended to be between 20-70 degrees
3 After completing the mutual solution, slowly inject the solvent into the blended oil and start the air pump to stir for half an hour
