1: Agricultural fungicides
It is a kind of pesticide used to control plant diseases caused by various pathogenic microorganisms. But internationally, it is often used as a general term for the control of various pathogenic microorganisms. With the development of fungicides, the subtypes of bacteria killing agents, virus killing agents and algae killing agents were also distinguished.
2: Industrial fungicides
According to the sterilization mechanism can be divided into two categories: oxidizing bactericidal agent and non-oxidizing bactericide. Oxidative bactericide is usually a strong oxidant, which can kill bacteria by oxidizing metabolic enzymes in bacteria. Commonly used oxidative fungicides include chlorine, chlorine dioxide, bromine, ozone, hydrogen peroxide, etc.
Non-oxidizing bactericidal agent is the way that the agent ACTS on the special part of the microorganism, so as to destroy the cell or life of the microorganism and achieve bactericidal effect. Common non-oxidizing bactericide includes chlorphenols, isothiazolone and quaternary ammonium salts. Fungicides according to the source points, in addition to the agricultural antibiotics belongs to the biological source fungicide, the main varieties are synthetic fungicides, bactericides is a kind of used to agents for the prevention and control of plant diseases. Any agent that kills or inhibits the growth of the pathogen, but does not impede the normal growth of plants, is collectively referred to as an antimicrobial.
Fungicides can be classified according to the mode of action, source of raw materials and chemical composition.
