Levelling Agent For Dyeing Auxiliary

Two forms of action of levelling agent

1、At the beginning of dyeing, the dyeing uniformity can be improved by delaying the adsorption rate of the dye and slowing down the up-dyeing rate so that the dye can be absorbed uniformly on the fiber surface

2、In the case of non-uniform dyeing, the dyeing is corrected by transfection.

Different types of levelling agents for different materials/fabrics

1,Levelling for the cotton

The auxiliaries for fiber dyeing and eventing are usually called cotton eventing agents.

Cotton fiber, hemp fiber, viscose fiber, tiansi, mordel and so on all belong to cellulose fiber.

2,Levelling Agent For Wool

The auxiliary agent of protein fiber evenness is usually called wool evenness agent, which can be used for dyeing protein fiber such as wool, silk and soybean fiber

3,Polyester high temperature dispersing agent

Polyester is short for polyethylene terephthalate, which is produced by polymerization of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol

4,Levelling Agent For Acrylon

Due to the introduction of anionic groups into the structure of acrylic fiber during processing, the dyeing rate of acrylic fiber on cationic dye is faster than that of other dyes

Our product:Wool low temperature accelerating levelling agent SY-7

Characteristic:
Appearance: Slightly yellow or colorless liquid
Ionic: Non
PH: 6-8
Active ingredients content: 50%

Usage:
Dying for wool or cashmere、wool yarn、further etc. animal hair.

Performance:
1. SY-7 will decrease the dying temperature for acid dyes, usually the dyeing temperature will decrease from 95-100℃ to 65℃ if other traditional craft keep unchangeable.
2. The dyeing time can be controlled by adjusting the formic acid, the dying is uniform with clean absorption.

Reference craft:
Add water and fabric→Add 1-2g/l SY-7( For the dark one, the ratio can be increased to shorten the dyeing time) →Run 10-20 minutes→Add formic acid 0.1-2% to fabric weight( the content of formic acid is 85-88%, many times after dilution) →Add acid dyes→Increase the temperature slowly to 65℃→Heat preservation till clean absorption( usually it is 45-90 minutes) →(Mordant) →Clean.
