An Experimental Study On Prescription Screening Of Cotton Seed Dressing Chemicals With Multi-function

Based on the basic demands of cotton seedling stage—early, even emergence, full stand, strong and well-distributed, a series of prescription of cotton seed dressing chemicals with multi-functionwere developed in this experiment.In the condition of hot box cultivation in the lab, all prescriptions were screened.The result of screening is that: (1)In the cultivation condition of paper pot with cotton soil with temperature 14.2℃ and treating cotton seed with prescription 1, the length and thickness of the root and stem of seedling, thepercentage of germination and the rate of emergence were 1.51.4, 2.3, 3.8 times those of CK, respectively.The percentage of all disease incidences dropped 55～ 73% and the eveness of the seedling was obviously higher than that of CK.(2) In the cultivation condition of paper pot with sandy soil with temprature 23.8℃, the total effect of prescription 12 was extremely notable.The thickness of root and gtem, the tolal growth biomass, the germination percentage and the rate of e ergence were 1.1～2, 2.7, 1.807, 1.786 times those of CK, respctively.The percentage of diseases dropped 75.78％.(3)In the same condition of above, prescription 15 strongly promoted the growth of root of cotton.The ratio of root and stem of treatment was up to 2.7 which was 1.7 times that of CK.The unmber of the fibrous root of treatment increased and seedling was growing firmly .The indexes of all other aspects of treatment were better than CK.
