    This product has a disulfonate hydrophilic structure anionic surfactant. In addition to the characteristics of conventional anionic surfactants, it has excellent water solubility, surface activity, superior detergency, dispersibility and hard water resistance. It has good solubility and stability in strong acid, strong alkali, high concentration inorganic salt and bleach solution. It is gradually becoming an excellent substitute for emulsifiers such as K-12, OP-10 (octylphenol ethoxylate) and TX-10 (nonylphenol ethoxylate).

    Product advantages:

    1. Each molecule contains two negative charges, the dispersing power is larger, the solubility in the electrolyte solution is larger, and it has higher stability in strong acid, strong alkali and salt solution.

    2. Large molecular weight, strong adsorption capacity, high efficiency and low cost in formulating emulsion; latex particle size distribution is narrow and uniform.

    3. It has strong thermal stability and is suitable for emulsion polymerization at 80-120 °C without losing surface activity.

    4. Good mechanical stability. The emulsion emulsified with this product shows extraordinary stability even under high shear conditions.

    5. High oxidation stability. Change at room temperature only under the action of extremely strong oxidant: At 50 °C, the strongest oxidant should act after several hours.

    6. Toxicity is low. At 1% concentration, contact with skin or eyes will only cause short-term pain and irritation; but at higher concentrations (>10%), try to avoid contact with eyes or skin.


    use:


    1. Emulsion polymerization

    Styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride, butyl benzoate. Use this product as emulsifier, which can make latex have the advantages of small particle size, uniform distribution, stable storage and less gel.     2. Textile printing and dyeing, dyes, additives in the industry

    1) This product can be used as a homogenizer for nylon acid dyeing. It is used as a dyeing material carrier to control the transfer of acid dyeing materials and to make the dye distribution uniform. As a result, the color difference is reduced, the dye consumption is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.

    2) It is also often used as a compounding component of auxiliaries.

    3) Commercial additives for dyes, which greatly improve dye dispersibility and solubility index.


    3. As a cleaning agent component

    Also suitable for use as a cleaning agent, as a wetting agent, binder and stabilizer.     4. Petroleum industry

    5. Phenolic resin industry

    Used as a binder and a binder in water-soluble phenolic resins. The resin is temperature sensitive and has a short shelf life unless it is refrigerated or frozen. If it is taken from a small solution, it will have a good dilution of the water in the application of the resin. Alcohol solution allows resin solvent. But for high molecular weight resin, more alcohol or pH is needed to maintain the stability of the resin in solution. This product can overcome these difficulties, it can dissolve high molecular weight resin, and it is wider. It is used in the pH range, has strong dilution and long life. Its advantages are as follows:

    Reduce the spray (frost) and cure. Add this product as a promoter, you can use the high molecular weight resin to reduce the loss of volatilization. Since this product has no flash point and ignition point, adding this product can reduce the risk of fire. This product is excellent. Resin dissolving agent, adding 0.15% This product can increase the water solubility of high molecular weight resin, and the dilution capacity is increased by ten times. In the diluted solution, the resin containing this product can be stored for one month at room temperature. Use this product to dissolve the resin, Can effectively use raw materials, thus reducing costs. Adding this product to high molecular weight resin can accelerate the curing speed.


    6. Coating industry: coated as an anionic leveling agent.

    7. Pesticide industry: as a synergist, spreader, wetting agent, penetrant and flow agent in pesticide emulsions.

    9. Film production: As an antistatic agent in polymer film.

    Packaging and storage
