Applications:
1.As an excellent emulsifier for the polymerization and copolymerization of certain unsaturated compounds (acrylate, propylene, butadiene, styrene, vinyl chloride). Very small amount (0.2-3.0%), can be obtained The dispersion of high concentration, highly stable emulsion does not agglomerate. It also acts as an emulsifier for natural latex, synthetic latex, plastic dispersion (such as acrylate emulsion).

2.It is an ideal emulsifier for the manufacture of high content (45-50%) acrylate emulsion. It can be used in both continuous emulsion polymerization and interstitial emulsion polymerization. It can make emulsion particles quite fine and uniform, emulsion and latex. The system remains stable.

3.In the manufacturing process of E-PVC, the latex has good mechanical shear resistance due to excellent dispersibility, so that the polymerization process is smooth, and the latex particles are prevented from adhering or depositing on the surface of the reaction vessel.

4.It does not contain double bonds and does not become a free radical scavenger and quencher. This property ensures that the emulsion polymerization can be replicated and carried out to the maximum extent possible.

5.Since the amount is small and the polymerization process is uniform, the sulfate content in the final product system is low, so that the thermal stability of the finished product is good

6.It is an emulsifier with excellent antistatic properties and can be used directly as an antistatic agent in finished polymer products.

7.It can also be used as a raw material component for emulsion polymerization emulsifiers. Especially pressure sensitive adhesive, jigsaw glue, Hong Kong resin.
