Product features:

1. As an excellent emulsifier, it is used in the polymerization and copolymerization of some unsaturated compounds (acrylate, propylene, butadiene, styrene, vinyl chloride).With very little dosage (0.2-3.0%), the dispersion of emulsion with high concentration and high stability can be obtained without aggregation.It is also used as an emulsifier for natural emulsions, synthetic emulsions and plastic dispersions such as acrylate emulsions.

2. It is an ideal emulsifier for producing high content (45- 50%) acrylate emulsions.It can be used in both continuous emulsion polymerization process and interstitial emulsion polymerization process, which can make the emulsion particles relatively small and uniform, and keep the emulsion and latex system stable.

3. In the manufacturing process of e-pvc, due to its excellent dispersion, the latex has a good resistance to mechanical shear, thus making the polymerization process stable and preventing the adhesion or deposition of latex particles on the surface of the reactor.

4. It does not contain double bonds and will not become free free radical captor and quencher.This property ensures maximum replication and continuation of the emulsion polymerization.

5. As the dosage is very small and the polymerization process is even, the sulfate content in the final product system is very low, which makes the thermal stability of the finished product very good.

6. It is an emulsifier with excellent antistatic properties. It can be used as an antistatic agent directly in polymer products.

7. It can also be used as the raw material component of emulsion polymerization emulsifier.In particular, pressure - sensitive adhesive, adhesive board, hong bao resin.
