Product use characteristics:
1. As a very good emulsifier for the polymerization and copolymerization of certain unsaturated compounds (acrylate, propylene, butadiene, styrene, vinyl chloride). Very small amount (0.2-3.0%), A dispersion of a high concentration, highly stable emulsion can be obtained without agglomeration. It is also used as an emulsifier for natural latex, synthetic latex, plastic dispersion (such as acrylate emulsion).
2. It is an ideal emulsifier for the manufacture of high content (45-50%) acrylate emulsion. It can be used in both continuous emulsion polymerization and interstitial emulsion polymerization. It can make emulsion particles quite fine and uniform. And the latex system remains stable.
3. In the manufacturing process of E-PVC, due to the excellent dispersibility, the latex has good mechanical shear resistance, which makes the polymerization process smooth and prevents the latex particles from adhering or depositing on the surface of the reactor. .
4. Does not contain double bonds, does not become a free radical trapping agent and quencher. This property ensures that the emulsion polymerization can be replicated and carried out to the maximum extent possible.
5. Due to the small amount of use and uniform polymerization process, the sulfate content in the final product system is very low, so that the thermal stability of the finished product is very good.
6. It is an emulsifier with excellent antistatic properties and can be directly used as an antistatic agent in the finished polymer.
7. It can also be used as a raw material component for the emulsion polymerization emulsifier. Especially pressure sensitive adhesive, jigsaw glue, Hong Kong resin.
