    use:


    1. Drainage process for oil recovery (gas production) wells. This process is also known as the oil well (gas well) trapping (drainage) process technology. The foaming agent is directly pumped into the oil and gas well from the blowout preventer by a pump truck or a plunger proportional pump.


    Recommended dosage: 0.1% of the bottom water and 0.1% of the daily production or 0.5 to 10kg/m3 based on the estimated daily water production. It is necessary to adjust the dosing amount according to the effect of use and the well condition in time.


    2. Used in foam sand washing process. The foaming agent is formulated into an aqueous solution of 1 to 6%, and the gas and the foaming agent aqueous solution are driven into the foaming device by a pressure fan and a pump truck in a certain ratio, and the foaming liquid generated by the foaming device enters the wellbore for sand washing. The sanding process determines the gas to liquid ratio based on the pressure of the formation and the depth of the wellbore. Generally, the wellbore pressure is controlled to be equal to or slightly greater than the formation pressure, which is less than the static water column pressure, so as to reduce leakage and ensure that the oil layer does not smear. If the oil layer is unblocked, the wellbore pressure can be controlled to be less than the formation pressure. Recommended dosage: According to the loss of oil wells, it is generally 80-600kg.
