The surface-topical activity of the same series of organic surfactants increases by a rule of "one third", which is called "special aromatic shell rule". Foaming agent should have appropriate solubility. The solubility of the foaming agent has a great impact on the foaming performance and the characteristics of forming bubbles. If the solubility is very high, a large amount of drug will be consumed, or a large amount of foam will occur quickly, but it cannot last long. When the solution is too low to dissolve, the foam will flow away, or the foaming speed will be slow, which is difficult to control.
