Application features:
As high mud content concrete additive - anti - mud type water reducer;
As a compound component of water-reducing agent for commercial concrete with low mud content, the water-reducing agent with anti-mud type was prepared.
Use this product alone, can meet the needs of high grade concrete;
It can be mixed with various ionic products.
Usage:
1. Direct dilution: this product is mother liquid, please dilute it with deionized water, usually 1 ton is diluted to 3-5 tons, high grade concrete or high muddy concrete is recommended to be diluted to 3 tons, compared with the normal requirement of 5 tons;
2. Dilution and compounding: dilute 1 part of this product into 3-5 parts with deionized water, and then mix with ordinary water reducer, usually the compounding ratio is 1:1;After mixing, the product shall be tested with the proportion of concrete. The mixing ratio shall be adjusted according to the test to meet the user's requirements before use.
3. Dosage after dilution or compounding: generally 0.5-0.8%, increase or decrease according to the proportion of sand and stone containing mud according to the experimental situation.
Note: this product is strictly forbidden to mix with naphthalene and amino additives, so as not to affect the performance.
Packing and storage:
This product is sealed and preserved, packed in plastic drums, 200 ~ 1000±1kg/ drum or bulk according to user requirements.
