Properties: Contains two bismuth nitrogen atoms, which have stronger bonding ability and adsorption capacity in metals, plastics, fabrics and mines. 1. Double quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant emulsifier, can be used as asphalt emulsifier, ore flotation agent, fiber fabric finishing aid, metal processing additive.
2. Injecting water sterilization for oil fields: In the oilfield reinjection wastewater, there are a large number of microorganisms, such as sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), iron bacteria, saprophytic bacteria and the like. During the process of growth, metabolism and reproduction, these microorganisms can cause serious corrosion of drilling equipment, water injection pipelines and other metal materials, and block the pipeline, damage the oil layer, cause water injection, oil production and oil and gas quality to decline, and also process crude oil. Difficulties have caused great economic losses. Currently, the main way to control the bacteria in reinjected sewage is still to add fungicides. The commonly used fungicides in China only have a small number of chlorine dioxide, aldehydes, quaternary ammonium salts, etc. These fungicides have more or less defects such as large dosage, high toxicity and serious pollution. Although the seasoning effect of salt is good, long-term use will make SRB resistant, resulting in increased use and increasing processing costs. Therefore, it is imperative to develop new and effective bactericides. As one of the typical representatives of the new fungicide family, the double quaternary ammonium salt has received extensive attention due to its low toxicity and excellent performance. The double quaternary ammonium salt is also known as the quaternary type Geni surfactant.
